The silica gel separator is mainly composed of feeding system, sorting system, discharging system and control system.
Feeding system: the raw materials to be separated are sent to the separator by means of conveyor belt and so on. In the feeding system, through a series of operations such as vibration and cleaning, the impurities and foreign bodies on the surface of raw materials are reduced, which lays the foundation for the subsequent sorting work.
Sorting system: it is the core part of silica gel sorting machine. The sorting is mainly realized by a computer vision system consisting of a camera and a high-speed computer installed on the sorting machine. In the process of sorting, the camera will scan the raw materials to obtain high-definition images, and transmit the images to the computer, which will analyze the parameters such as color and shape in the images, and sort the unqualified raw materials through algorithm calculation.
Discharge system: the qualified materials are discharged from the machine through discharge pipes, vibrators, etc., while the unqualified raw materials will continue to be transported downwards.
Control system: It is the intelligent control center of the silica gel sorter. Through the control circuit boards such as PLC and touch screen, all parts of the sorter can be controlled and adjusted.
Second, the working principle of silica gel separator
Silica gel sorter realizes automatic sorting through computer vision system. In the process of sorting, raw materials, after pretreatment, enter the sorting machine and move to the camera through the conveyor belt. The camera will scan the color, shape and other parameters of raw materials and transmit the scanned images to the computer. According to the set parameters, the computer carries out image analysis and processing, and through algorithm calculation, the raw materials that meet the requirements are eliminated through the discharging system, while the raw materials that do not meet the requirements will continue to be transported downwards.
