Metal sorter is a kind of equipment used to sort solid waste.
It is also called stainless steel sorter because it is often used to sort stainless steel. Metal separator is used to continuously recover ferrous metals and nonferrous metals such as stainless steel, copper and aluminum from granular and massive solid waste materials. The principle of the metal sorter is: ferrous metals and nonferrous metals in the crushed materials are sorted by using metal sensors and ejection devices; the mixed materials are evenly fed by a vibrating machine and fall on the running belt; the moving belt transports the materials forward; the lower gear of the belt is provided with an induction table and a plurality of metal induction probes, which can sort the materials and transmit voltage signals to the control system; when the stainless steel passes through the air injection valve, the air injection valve ejects the stainless steel and drops it at the designated position to complete the sorting.
